STATEMENT
Occupy acknowledges and comments on the inequity American wealth but also amongst the political power dynamic within New York City during the Occupy movement. One week prior to this performance, a friend of mine was arrested for peacefully protesting in support of the "99 %." This piece recognizes the individuals who risk their freedom to protest for their freedom. |
